The official portal of Serbia's Ministry of Interior — the primary authority for residence permits, travel documents, and foreigner-related administrative processes. All residence applications ultimately go through MUP.
Visit mup.gov.rs → OfficialThe official government portal for foreigners in Serbia. As of 1 February 2024, certain temporary residence applications — including employment, self-employment, and business-related bases — must be submitted exclusively through this platform.
Visit welcometoserbia.gov.rs → OfficialSerbia's centralised e-government portal. Used for submitting certain applications electronically, generating administrative fee payment slips (uplatnice), and accessing a range of government services online.
Visit euprava.gov.rs →The official body responsible for public health insurance in Serbia. Foreigners with approved residence can register for health insurance through RFZO. This portal contains information on coverage, registration requirements, and the health insurance card (zdravstvena knjižica).
Visit rfzo.rs → OfficialSince 16 March 2021, all administrative fees in Serbia must be paid via payment slips generated on this portal. You use it to create the payment reference needed for your residence application and other administrative processes.
Visit plati.euprava.gov.rs →A comprehensive Serbian legislation database. Useful for looking up the Law on Foreigners, the Law on Permanent and Temporary Residence, and other legal texts that govern residency, property, and administrative processes in Serbia.
Visit paragraf.rs → OfficialThe official register for businesses, NGOs, and entrepreneurs in Serbia. Relevant if you are applying for temporary residence on the basis of running a company or self-employment, as APR registration may be required.
Visit apr.gov.rs →The official email address for booking Ministry of Interior appointments for temporary residence applications on all bases other than employment, self-employment, and the six work-related categories submitted via welcometoserbia.gov.rs.
